If you do not like a product, do not worry. You can place a Replacement request within 2 working days in exchange for a credit note. To replace an item, the product needs to be shipped to our warehouse within 7 working days (cost to be borne by the customer). Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit, which can be used within 3 months. (shipping cost will be deducted)
To initiate a return, please email us within 2 working days (email ID that we will make) along with your order id & reason of return. Return window will be automatically closed after 2 days.
Conditions: Product must be unused, in original packaging with tags and invoice.
Exceptions: Customized/personalized items are not eligible.
